A laptop, and your Higgsfield account with a one-month subscription. The workshop is fully hands-on, and you work on your own machine for all four days.

Because the account stays yours after the workshop, so you keep making films with it on your own credits. Before the workshop we send you the right plan and the steps to subscribe. You pay Higgsfield directly; the subscription is not included in the workshop fee.

We work with the AI tools filmmakers use today: ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini for the idea and the script; Midjourney and Nano Banana for images; Kling, Higgsfield, Seedance and Veo to animate the shots; Suno and ElevenLabs for music and voice. The list changes from one cohort to the next.

Yes. The film you make in the workshop can be a short film, an ad or brand content.

A Kuwaiti festival of AI-made films, run by SHIFT. It is the premiere night that closes every cohort of the AI filmmaking workshop, where participants’ films play on a cinema screen in front of a real audience. More than 15 editions have been held so far.

SHIFT is Kuwait’s first AI filmmaking studio, founded by director Abdulrahman Al-Khamis. It produces films and commercials, runs a hands-on workshop that ends with participants’ films at the SHIFT Festival, and gives private courses to organisations.
